At TJ Holdman, we take great care in creating our glass handbags, ensuring the utmost quality and attention to detail. Due to the delicate nature of our products and the time spent on their craftsmanship, all items are considered final sale, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than damage during shipping.

Damaged Items

In the rare event that your glass handbag arrives damaged, we are committed to making it right. Please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Notification: Send an email to contact@tjholdman.com within 14 days of receiving the damaged item. In your email, include your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and clear, high-quality photos of the damaged item.
  2. Return Authorization: If your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged item. We will cover the cost of return shipping.
  3. Return the Item: Follow the provided instructions to return the damaged item to us. You will not incur any return shipping costs.
  4. Resolution: Upon receiving the damaged item, we will inspect it. Depending on the extent of the damage, we will either:
    1. Replace the damaged handbag with a new, identical handbag; or
    2. Issue store credit for the full purchase price, including any shipping fees, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

Please note that this refund policy is applicable solely to items that have been damaged during shipping. We reserve the right to reject any refund or exchange requests that do not meet these criteria.
